CRISTIAN SAGER

ARGENTINA

Graduated from the Faculty of Medical Sciences, National University of Rosario, Argentina in 1998. From 1992 to 1999 he served as Assistant to the Chair of Histology and Embryology. He completed his residency and Head of Residency in Urology at Hospital Universitario Centenario de Rosario, Argentina in 2003. In 2001 he served an internship in Urology at Fundación Puigvert, Barcelona, Spain. He began his career in Pediatric Urology attending the Victor J Vilela Children's Hospital in Rosario, Argentina from 2000 to 2003. Dr. Sager completed his training as a Pediatric Urologist at Prof. Dr. JP Garrahan Pediatric Hospital in Buenos Aires Argentina (2004-2006) where he received his career development and training in the Urodynamic and Bladder Dysfunctions Unit. Dr Sager was awarded a Basic Urology Research Grant and Best Research Paper Award in 2006. He is a member of the spina bifida and Transition in Urology interdisciplinary team. He was Coordinator of the Pediatric Urology Group of the Argentine Society of Urology from 2018 to 2020. Additionally He has developed and organized five editions of the National Pediatric Urology Conference at Garrahan Hospital. Dr. Sager has published paper and articles in national and international journals. He actively participates in the Argentine Society of Urology, the Argentine Society of Pediatrics, the Ibero-American Society of Pediatric Urology and CAU. He is currently completing his training in statistics and clinical effectiveness at the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
